What does the role involve?
The Supporter Services Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment, handling customer queries in person and over the phone, as well as fulfilling orders. Availability for matchdays and some weekday shifts is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong customer service background are required.
