They are working with analytics and seeing players more in the flesh. Robinson wants to put together an Aberdeen FC squad that has strength and depth. He has also brought in Stephen Craigan as a first-team coach. Craigan will be responsible for transitioning Aberdeen FC's young academy talent into the first-team.
